OUR CLEANING PROCESS:
How we clean your home starts way before we arrive. Cleaning your home is a project we always take very seriously. To start, we NEVER go from one residence to the next and use the same rags or mops. All of our cleaning implements are placed into a sanitizing solution and washed the same day to be used another day. Rags that are used to clean toilets or grime are thrown into the garbage and never used again in any other customer’s residence. Mops that are used to clean up blood and excrement are also destroyed and placed into the garbage never to be used again.
We know that transferring germs and grime from one customer’s residence to another is not cleaning.
When we arrive at a customer’s residence we prefer to utilize our cleaning materials and products. We predominantly use biodegradable cleaning solutions. Unless a customer’s residence requires significant deep cleaning solutions we generally try not to use cleaning products that have harsh smells and cannot be used around children or pets.
Our cleaners also wear foot-covering to protect against tracking dirt and other materials into a customer’s residence. Cleaning a customer’s home while wearing shoes that are filthy tracking dirt and debris around the areas that have been cleaned is counter-productive and is not an effective and correct way to clean.
At all times our cleaners wear nitrile gloves when cleaning in a customer’s residence. At no time do they remove their gloves to handle a customer’s dishes, sheets, or other property during the cleaning process. If a customer asks a cleaner to remove their gloves to perform a task such as laundry that is permitted.
When the cleaning at a customer’s residence is completed, our cleaners remove all of their rags, mops, and any trash that they have swept or collected during the project.
Some customers say we “cost a little more”, but are well worth it because every time we finish cleaning they are not only happy with the result, we have met every expectation!
WHAT SERVICES WE DO FOR OUR CUSTOMERS:
We clean shower curtains, scrub the shower or tub walls, wash and sanitize the sink, wash and sanitize the toilet, and mop the floor of the bathroom;
We change the linen and make the beds with clean fresh linen;
We clean the windows (their gutters) and wash each blind blade individually and their corresponding window sills and gutter;
We clean the baseboards in all of the rooms;
We wipe down every door in the residence;
We wash and degrease the stovetop and clean the back splash;
We scrub and degrease the interior of the oven;
We clean the outside of the refrigerator (and inside when the customer requests);
We degrease and clean the range hood;
We clean the exterior and interior of the microwave;
We wipe and sanitize the exterior of all cabinets in the kitchen;
We wipe and sanitize all of the countertop space in the kitchen;
We clean all windows located in the kitchen;
We mop and sanitize the kitchen floor;
We dust all furniture in the sitting, dining/and or living room areas;
We mop the floors in the sitting, dining/and or living room areas;
We clean all of the windows in the sitting, dining/and or living room areas in the same method as the bedroom (washing each blind blade and cleaning the corresponding gutter);
We launder clothing and fold (in-home) when the customer makes the request;
We clean upholstery;
We deep clean the carpet;
We declutter and organize rooms;
We launder clothing, fold and place the completed items in the room where they will be stored;
We launder linen or we replace the linen on beds and clean the dirty linen (for rental properties only);
We help with the removal of Christmas trees from the residence (during the holiday season) if requested;
