JANITORIAL SERVICE - 25 HOURS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

• Cleaning of restroom sinks

• Cleaning of restroom toilets

• Cleaning of urinals

• Adding scented freshner to toilets and urinals

• Adding toilet paper and paper towels to restrooms

• Mopping of restroom floor

• Dusting and mopping common area floors

• Emptying office waste cans and replacing bags

• Cleaning conference room(s)

• Cleaning break area/room

• Cleaning glass doors and interior office windows (optional) - 1 time per week
