MOVE-IN or MOVE-OUT SERVICES PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING:

1. Cleaning and sanitizing the walls, tub, sink and toilet in the bathroom;

2. Cleaning the baseboards in the bathroom;

3. Mopping and sanitizing the bathroom floor;

4. Wiping the walls down in the bathroom with a sanitizing solution;

5. Cleaning the windows, sills and gutters and washing the blinds in the bedroom;

6. Cleaning the baseboards in all rooms;

7. Wiping the walls down in the bedroom with a sanitizing solution;

8. Mopping or vacuuming the bedroom floor;

9. Washing and sanitizing the backsplash in the kitchen;

10. Cleaning and sanitizing the countertops in the kitchen;

11. Scouring and degreasing the stove top and oven interior;

12. Cleaning and degreasing the overhead hood in the kitchen;

13. Cleaning the windows and washing blinds in the kitchen;

14. Cleaning and sanitizing the cabinetry in the kitchen;

15. Wiping the walls down in the kitchen with a sanitizing solution;

16. Cleaning and sanitizing the interior and exterior of the refrigerator;

17. Cleaning the baseboards in the kitchen;

18. Cleaning the kitchen floor with a sanitizer;

19. Cleaning the baseboards in the living room/dining room;

20. Cleaning the windows, sills, gutters and washing the blinds in the living room/dining room;

21. Mopping or vacuuming the living room/dining room floors
