STANDARD CLEANING (GREEN CLEANING PRODUCTS ONLY) - PAY-BY THE HOUR

STANDARD CLEANING INCLUDES:

  1. The cleaning of windows and sills (blinds are NOT included);

  2. The exterior of kitchen cabinet doors are wiped with a sanitizing solution;

  3. The stove top is wiped down and the oven interior is not included. Surface soil is cleaned; burnt on food or grease is not addressed with this service. A customer must UPGRADE to to one of the two (2) DEEP CLEAN SERVICES;

  4. Bedrooms, living room/or dining room are swept, mopped or vacuumed if carpeted;

  5. In the bathroom, the tub, sink and toilet are cleaned and sanitized. The walls and baseboards are NOT washed or sanitized;

  6. The floor is mopped is mopped with a sanitizing solution;

  7. EXTRA-CARE PRODUCTS SHOULD BE ADDED BASED UPON CUSTOMER'S INDIVIDUAL NEEDS;

  8. OVEN, WINDOW, OR BASEBOARD CLEANING SERVICES CAN BE PURCHASED AS ADD-ONs.
